I've been wearing a sleep make, for years...

When I was younger, I seemed to sleep on my stomach, often. I would mess up my neck and back and would need to see my chiropractor. He would try to come up with ideas to get me to NOT sleep on stomach.
Un-related, I started wearing sleep mask, to keep out light. I realized that I was very sensitive to light. Wearinga sleep mask help me fall asleep faster and sleep better. It also altered my pattern of sleeping on stomach.
I finally figured out, that without a sleepmask, I was "burrowing" to avoid light. Even things like a digital clock or light on tv can bother me. A sleep mask takes care of all these issues for me.
Trying to sleep without a sleep mask, brings me back to neck and back problems & more chiropractic treatments.
