Sleep Apnea Remedies and Cures
... Overnight Results are Possible!

Looking for sleep apnea remedies, sleep apnea cures or sleep apnea solutions? ... you've come to the right place if you want improved longevity, vitality and health!

Cure vs. Remedy?
If finding "something that cures or relieves a disease or bodily disorder", or "to restore to the natural or proper condition", from the ravages of sleep apnea is your goal, then you need to know about proven and effective relief for sleep apnea. (See Dictionary.com's excerpted "cure" and "remedy" definitions in right column.)

This Sleep Apnea Remedies and Cures section includes many proven sleep apnea solutions that will give you a new lease on life and renewed energy, if you've been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (osa).

Even if you suspect you or a loved one has symptoms of this deadly sleep disorder, be sure to learn about cures for sleep apnea.

First, the bad news: If you've got sleep apnea, you need to know that most major diseases or the daily energy drain you are experiencing may be linked to sleep apnea.

But here's the good news: Your longevity, health and vitality can be restored to levels you only dreamed of. And overnight results are possible ... if you take immediate action.

It's no joke ... it can be done! I'm living proof ... (see my story) since "curing" my obstructive sleep apnea, I now wake feeling refreshed and look forward to living each and every day to its fullest, pain and drug-free. And, you can too ...
(If you haven't already, check to see what sleep apnea symptoms you may be experiencing in the list of sleep apnea effects I've compiled for your convenience.)

There are many ways to treat sleep apnea but let's start by discussing one of the top proven sleep apnea solutions or sleep apnea cures that can offer immediate and effective results:

Sleep Apnea Remedies2

The "Dreaded" CPAP Machine

Before you reject the CPAP machine if this is one of the sleep apnea solutions recommended to cure your sleep apnea, consider this: Most sleep experts tend to recommend the "gold standard" CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure ) machine rather than other effective solutions, because it is a scientific-based and effective method for controlling sleep apnea.

Particularly if you are diagnosed with "severe" sleep apnea [more than 30 episodes* an hour], you need something that will give you the most immediate and fool-proof relief possible.

You don't have time to consider other proven sleep apnea remedies, such as waiting for a mandibular device to be fitted by a dentist, discovering if you're a candidate for surgery, or strengthening your throat and airway muscles through daily exercising [possibly 3 months or more]. ... more about these proven methods coming soon.

The CPAP machine often provides immediate results (many long-time suffers of sleep apnea are amazed at the overnight results they get). However, the CPAP is only effective if sufferers adhere or comply to using it for all sleeps – that includes napping.

Sleep Apnea Remedies3

Unfortunately, compliance is very low. Consequently, there are many expensive CPAP machines gathering dust on bedside tables, or tucked away in a closet, even with recent manufacturers' upgrades and improvement.

I hear many people justifying why they just can't get used to it: examples ... face mask problems, claustrophobia, air pressure, noise, regular cleaning, the Darth Vader 'unsexiness', and/or other maladjustments and inconveniences.

I urge you to comply with your doctors CPAP treatment recommendation; meanwhile you should know there are many other proven natural cures for sleep apnea, especially if you are diagnosed with "mild" [5 - 14 episodes* an hour] or "moderate" [15 - 30 episodes* an hour] obstructive sleep apnea.

*an episode is when you stop breathing for periods of 10-20 seconds, or longer. Often these ceased-breathing periods are broken with gasping, choking, sputtering, or choking sounds.

Another proven sleep apnea remedy for mild or moderate sleep apnea that can be as effective and a lot more affordable than the CPAP machine, is Positional Therapy.

Positional Therapy is my (not so) secret weapon for beating sleep apnea and overcoming my lethargy and waning health issues ... sleeping with my two positional aids faithfully every night has enabled me to be cured of sleep apnea symptoms for several years.

The two positional devices that have enabled me to successfully overcome my previously diagnosed sleep apnea (and snoring) are:

1. The BestEverSleep™ Cushion, initially designed to help me maintain a comfortable side sleeping position, also offers many other wonderful sleep and benefits (click here).
and

2. The Zzznore-No-More™ Belt, designed to give me piece of mind that I was maintaining a side sleeping position, throughout the night (click here). A further health benefit of the Zzznore-No-More™ Belt is my snoring has stopped.

(Cessation of my sleep apnea episodes and snoring have clinically been proven, while using both devices, in two followup sleep studies (2009 and 2013).

Learn about the insidious sleep apnea symptoms that may be causing you health problems ... but be assured there are effective sleep apnea remedies available.
